The terms and conditions below (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) and your entry (“Entry”) to Love Saves The Day Festival (the “Event”) taking place at Ashton Court, Bristol (the “Site”) on such dates as specified on your Tickets, which is being presented by and on behalf of TDR Productions Ltd (“Team Love”) the Premises Licence Holder (“PLH”) hereafter (“the Promoter”).
By purchasing your Tickets and entering the Event, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms; and (ii) the regulations of Bristol City Council (“BCC”), as the landowner.
Conditions of Entrance
- You must produce a valid Ticket to gain Entry to the Event.
- Last entry to the Site is 20:00. The Promoter reserves the right to change the last entry time.
- Tickets are limited to the quantity specified at purchase to discourage unfair buying practices.
- Lost or stolen Tickets are your responsibility. Barcode Tickets will be scanned upon Entry; only the first Ticket scanned will be permitted Entry. Treat your Ticket like cash, and avoid sharing barcodes on social media. Lost or stolen Tickets will not be replaced.
- Any and all wristbands or accreditation remains the property of the Promoter until 23:30 after the Event.
- Wristbands that have been tampered with or have been removed will be invalid. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced
- Right of Admission is reserved. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and not resellable unless otherwise notified by your ticket agent. Unlawful resale or attempts to resell Tickets are prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund, denied Entry, or eviction from the Site.
- Tickets may not be used for any Commercial Activity without prior written approval from Us. “Commercial Activity” means any commercial, promotional or trading activity including but not limited to; paid or sponsored social media posts, brand influencing, gorilla marketing advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways in connection with other products or services. All Commercial Activity is prohibited without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in cancellation without refund or denied Entry. The Promoter reserves the right to issue takedowns, seek damages and or charge retrospective fees for any unauthorised Commercial Activity.
Event Conditions
- The Event is outdoors; no refunds are provided for inclement weather, bring suitable clothing and footwear.
- The Event operates as a cash-less event.
- Climbing or standing on fences, barriers, trees, walls, or structures is strictly prohibited, and may result in eviction from the Site.
- The artist line-up, attractions, and Site layout are subject to change at any time without notice. All advertised performance times are also subject to change. The Promoter retains the right to alter or vary the Event programme.
- Once purchased, Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the Event is cancelled. Refunds are not provided if:
- The Event is stopped for any reason after it has started;
- The Event’s start time is delayed;
- The Event’s start time changes but the date does not.
- Neither we nor any other party shall have liability beyond the face value of the Ticket.
- We reserve the right to implement or withdraw ticketing offers and promotions at any time.
- In purchasing a Ticket, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of purchase, which is not subject to previous or subsequent offers.
- You will be given the option to purchase ticket protection cover at the point of purchase should you find yourself unable to attend the event because of illness or some other unforeseen reason. This is via a 3rd party provider and is in no way affiliated to Love Saves the Day. We strongly recommend reading their terms and conditions of cover to ensure the cover is suitable for you prior to committing to purchase.
Safety, Security and Prohibited Items
- For safety, security searches of persons, bags, and other items may be conducted upon Entry and exit. Prohibited items include:
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol, illicit drugs, nitrous oxide (NOS) canisters and associated items - balloons, chargers/crackers, grinders or legal highs
- Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs)
- Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon or could cause danger or nuisance
- Bicycles or scooters
- Cans
- Chairs or any form of seating other than wheelchairs
- Disposable or single use vapes
- Fireworks, laser pens, or flares
- Food, drink, cool boxes / picnic hampers
- Glass including perfume bottles
- Glitter (including biodegradable)
- Hi Vis waistcoats, jackets, or vests or shorts/trousers
- Pens or Paint or anything that can be used for graffiti purposes
- Professional cameras, photography or videography equipment
- Selfie sticks
- Umbrellas
- Unauthorised motorised vehicles except for disability access
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (aka Drones)
- Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited. Fires and fire-related activities are also prohibited.
- Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment, including drones, are not allowed.
- Strictly no trading, marketing, or flyposting by any Ticket holder without prior written consent of the Promoter. The Promoter may charge a retrospective fee for any Commercial Activity, including filming, on the Site.
Event Conduct and Liability
- Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to other patrons at the Event, including but not limited to theft or damage to property or vehicles caused by the Ticket Holder's negligence or third-party actions.
- Ticket holders may be evicted and reported to the Police if they pose a risk to safety, disrupt others’ enjoyment, or threaten the Event's operation and or the License conditions.
- Examples include but are not limited to intoxication, illegal drug use, underage entry, or failure to comply with security or Event staff instructions.
- The Promoter retains the right to evict any Ticket Holder who contravenes the site code of conduct.
Age Restrictions
- Love Saves the Day is an 18+ event.
- Age requirements apply on the date of the festival attendance (not the ticket purchase date).
- Photographic proof of age (Driver’s License, Passport or a PASS Scheme ID) is required at Entry.
- Admission will be refused if the holder is under 18 or cannot provide proof of age upon request. Photocopies or photographs of ID will not be accepted.
- We operate the Challenge 25 policy at all of our bars. You will be refused service for alcohol if you look under 25 and are unable to provide one of the following as a form of valid ID:
- Current (within shown expiry date) passports or an equivalent form of identification such as a national identity card with a photo and date of birth (all nationalities)
- Current (within shown expiry date) photographic driving licences or provisional licences and date of birth (all nationalities)
- N.I. electoral ID cards (accepted in Northern Ireland)
- Military IDs with a photo and date of birth (UK only)
- Cards with a PASS logo such as Citizen, Connexions, Validate or Young Scot
- Biometric residence permits (BRPs) (Please remember that there is no automatic right of entry to licensed premises nor is there an automatic right to service of alcohol. Service is always discretionary.)
Measures for Global Emergency, Pandemic or Epidemics
- In the event of a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic the Promoter will comply with all current HM Government Legislation, Regulations and Statutory Guidelines in relation to public health rules, policies and guidance which can be subject to change at short notice.
- On the occasion that safety measures are in place to mitigate the risk of a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic the promoter retains the right to change entrance policies according to government advice. Non-compliance may result in denied Entry or ejection. You recognise the inherent risk of exposure to a global emergency, pandemic or epidemic in any public place and acknowledge that the Promoter is not responsible for illness or death caused as a result of exposure at our event.
- If the Promoter is required to reduce the capacity of the event due to a Global Emergency, pandemic or epidemic, Tickets will be cancelled, refunded, or offered as rollovers to a future event based on the purchase date.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter or remove public safety measures in response to government guidance or at our discretion.
Filming, Photography and Use of Images
- CCTV and film cameras (including drones) may be used for health, safety, crime prevention, and Event recording. By entering the Event Site, the ticket holder understands and consents to be recorded or photographed.
- Ticket holders consent to be filmed or recorded and understand that footage may be used for commercial distribution without payment.
Additional Policies and Notices
- Smoking, vaping and the use of E-cigarettes is prohibited in enclosed spaces, including tented structures.
- Tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or third parties are invalid, and Entry will not be permitted.
- Loud music can damage hearing, all ticket holders are encouraged to take precautions to protect themselves against over-exposure to loud music.
- Strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, lasers, and smoke machines may be used during the Event.
- Official merchandise will be available onsite. Please be cautious of unofficial traders, and street traders.
- Please only use the toilets and urinals provided. Do not pollute the Festival Site.
- Please use the recycling bins provided.
- The Event Site is free of single-use plastic. Please do not bring single-use plastic onsite.
- The views, opinions, and political expressions communicated by artists, performers, speakers, or attendees at the Event are entirely their own and do not represent or reflect the views, positions, or policies of the Promoter, any Sponsors or Partners. The Event supports the principle of freedom of expression and respects the creative and personal autonomy of all participants and contributors.
- Attendees acknowledge that political, social, or cultural themes may form part of the artistic or performance content presented at the Event.
- The Promoters, Sponsors or Partners accept no responsibility or liability for any offence, disagreement, or distress arising from such content.
- No refunds, exchanges, or compensation will be issued on the grounds of exposure to, or disagreement with, any political, social, or personal views expressed by artists, speakers, or attendees.
- The Promoter reserves the right to implement or withdraw ticketing offers and promotions at any time.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.
Data Protection and Licensing
- All personal data collected by the promoter will be kept in line with the GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
- No Personal Data will be sold or transferred to 3rd parties.
- Tickets are sold through our official ticket agents See Tickets who act on behalf of the Promoters of the event. Full terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets through the ticket agents can be found on their website.

- The Event is subject to obtaining the relevant licenses.
Payment Plan
- Tickets can be purchased via a Payment Plan, requiring full commitment to the ticket and its total price plus service charges. If any instalment fails, your ticket will be voided, and previous payments will not be refunded.
- Each Payment Plan instalment will be charged to your card on specified dates. Declined payments must be resolved within five days, or the Ticket will be void without a refund.
- Ensure adequate funds are in place, and that your card does not expire before the final instalment.
- Payment Plan Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.
Jurisdiction
- These Terms may be revised and posted on the Event website. Continued Event attendance signifies acceptance of any amended Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law, and the Promoter agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
